  • Desiccated Coconut

Desiccated Coconut is a grated, dried (3% moisture content max.), and unsweetened fresh meat or kernel of a mature fruit of coconut. Desiccated Coconuts are graded by its cutting size, for example, fine grade and medium grade where fine grade is a smaller particle size than the medium grade. Desiccated Coconut is categorized as: 

    • Desiccated Coconut (Medium) - High Fat 
      • Fat Content: 67%

        • > 90 % through 2.80 mm sieve 
        •  > 20 % through 0.71 mm sieve 
    •  Desiccated Coconut (Medium) - Low Fat

Coconut Chips & Chiplets 

The dehydrated coconut chips & chiplets are one of the important products of intermediate moisture coconut kernel. A process was developed for producing white color sweet coconut chips & chiplets by osmotic dehydration followed by hot air drying. The dehydrated coconut chips & chiplets are in ready-to-eat form and can be used as snacks or it can be used at any time just like fresh kernel after rehydration of the chips & chiplets. Coconut chips are smaller in size than chiplets. These chips can be obtained as:

  • Coconut Flakes

  • Coconut Flour 

Coconut flour is made from dry, defatted coconut meat. The flavor is only slightly sweet and very versatile. It can be used in both sweet and savory applications. Coconut flour is gluten-free, high in fiber, and makes an excellent substitute in all gluten-free baking.

  • Coconut Milk 

Coconut milk is the liquid that comes from the grated meat of a mature coconut. It should not be confused with coconut water. The color and rich taste of coconut milk are attributed to its high oil content, most of which is saturated fat. Organic Coconut milk is made by grating fresh coconut meat and then pressing it to extract the white "milk" from the flesh. Coconut milk can be purchased in many different concentrations to your needs Low fat to the maximum high-fat content. 

  • Coconut Cream 
Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water. The difference is mainly consistency. It has a thicker, more paste-like consistency, while coconut milk is generally a liquid. Coconut cream is used as an ingredient in cooking, having a mild non-sweet taste. 

  • Creamed Coconut/ Coconut Butter 
Coconut butter is rich in lauric acid (about 50%), along with caprylic which is considered a valuable source of energy that is quickly absorbed by muscles. The fat percentage is quite high as 65% in Coconut Butter. Organic Coconut Butter produces from Sri Lankan organic coconuts, after De-shelling and pairing white coconut meat scraped and dehydrate subsequently it will ground until become spreadable creamy liquid. 

  • Coconut Milk Powder
